Welcome to the Sanctuary Choir website!

I'm David Yarbrough, Pastor of Worship. This website is created to keep the Sanctuary Choir Family informed. It also serves to introduce people to the music ministry of First Baptist Church. Please call or e-mail me if I can be of any assistance to you.

It is my desire to lead the Church in worshiping our Savior through music. Each Sunday is a precious time as soloists, ensembles and congregation sing the great hymns of the faith along with refreshing new choruses.

I am a native of Dallas,  attended Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, AR earning a BA degree in Religious Education and Church Music in 1992. In 2002 I completed a Masters degree in Religious Education from the BMA Theological Seminary in Jacksonville, TX. I have served this wonderful church since 1994.

I have been married to my beautiful and loving wife since 1995. Susie and I have 2 children, Daria age 8 and Cash who was born in July of 2008. ---
